Course Refund Policy:

At ICCE, we want all our students to have a positive and satisfactory learning experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes it may become necessary to cancel a course. We offer a refund policy to provide fair and reasonable solutions in such situations.

Cancellation within 50% Course Completion: If a student decides to cancel their course, they can apply for a refund within the first 50% of completed sessions. The remaining course fee will be reimbursed to the student. However, please note that examination fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Once examination fees have been paid, they cannot be reimbursed.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, the student must submit a refund request to our customer support team. Our team will verify the course completion status to determine eligibility for a refund. If eligible, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

Course Expiry and Renewal: Each course has a specified duration based on the chosen pricing plan. After the course's expiration, students have the option to renew and continue their learning journey with us.

Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of exceptional circumstances, ICCE reserves the right to make decisions beyond the standard refund policy. Any such decisions will be made at the discretion of ICCE management.
